What are you looking for in an industrial tech founder?
People with deep insight into a real industrial problem, and the ambition to solve it at scale. I lean in when the need is clear, the market is real and the founder has the conviction to make it happen.
What did you do before Runway?
I have spent my career as an investor and operator, backing founders since 2007 and leading six funds. Long enough to know that the strongest companies start with a real problem, not a fashionable solution.
What are you known for at RunwayVC?
Leaning in early, and helping founders turn exceptional products into commercial momentum. I pick up the phone, open doors and work with them on the business model, pricing, distribution and sales strategy needed to make customers buy now.
